Shipping Policy

Comerford Collection ships to all US contiguous states and by special arrangement to Hawaii and PR. Please call for a shipping estimate outside of the United States.

We ship ground via UPS (no PO Box addresses please) within 3-5 days of your confirmed order. You will receive a notification generated from our website with the UPS tracking number once we have carefully packed up your order for shipping. Phone orders will also ship as soon as possible and will be followed with a tracking number.

We can not be held responsible for packages that are left without signature for delivery. Please check the tracking information for details about your delivery.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

If you would like express or overnight shipping, we are happy to accommodate you however, we do need sufficient time to prepare your package so that it arrives safely. Overnight orders need to be placed by 9 am for express delivery the following day.

BACK ORDERED ITEMS

We will notify you in the case that the products you ordered are unfortunately out of stock or delayed. Every effort will be made to assure that your backorder ships in a timely manner but we also will offer you the opportunity to cancel an out of stock item.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME AND ESTIMATED COSTS

Packages to NYC generally arrive by the next business day. Cross country packages usually take about 5-7 days.

We expect shipping costs will be between 10% to 15% of your total order.

Large, heavy or fragile items do need to be packed separately and with care. This may increase the shipping costs.

Items that can not be sent via UPS ground will be quoted with a white glove delivery service or UPS freight and may include an additional $50 charge for a COI.

Comerford Collection is not responsible for building, elevator or apartment access.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT

In the event of a damaged shipment or delivered goods, please retain all packing materials and notify us within 24 hours. Comerford Collection will not be responsible for damaged shipments that are not reported immediately.  This includes any products that are drop shipped from our vendors to you.

GIFT SHIPMENTS

Invoices are not included in packages that ship as gifts. Please be sure to include a few words to your recipient and we will use our best handwriting on the gift card!

ENVIRONMENTAL  POLICY

Comerford Collection cares deeply about our environment and to that end we reuse all the packaging that is sent to us by our vendors. You may receive an unattractive box, but we guarantee the contents are beautiful. As much as we dislike bubble wrap, it seems better to use it to protect your items than to discard it in the trash.  Please follow all local recommendation for disposing of packing materials – we thank you for your efforts and we will do our part to continually recycle and use environmentally friendly shipping materials.
